1. SCOPE
Mudanzas Mundiales as a FIDI member has taken a clear stance against bribery and corruption within the industry of International removals. Through this position, as a member of FIDI, Mudanzas Mundiales protects its affiliates, its customers and the same interests of the industry.
2. CONTROL AND SECURITY POLICY
In order to guarantee security within its supply chain; Mudanzas Mundiales is committed with safe and correct procedures and with law compliance. This guarantee is achieved through the identification, assessment and treatment of risks; also by engaging with business partners, compliance with applicable legal requirements, continuous improvement of management systems and FIDI.
Our policy has no tolerance for criminal activities such as: drug dealing, smuggling, terrorism, piracy, money laundering, theft, use of drugs and alcohol by cargo services helpers, drivers, shippers, and others that may affect the integrity of the company.
3. SAFETY OBJECTIVES
Guarantee our customers 100% reliability during its merchandise handling, administration of legal documentation and application of customs regulations, by meeting requirements of international regulatory standards, in order to provide safe and reliable service to all our customers.
Decrease the risks and threats focused on the operations of each process, in order to provide safe and reliable service to all our customers
Improve the level of skills and awareness of our staff on risky operations; considering quality, while maintaining a complete security plan to ensure physical security, access control, personnel and information security.

II. International Anti-Corruption Laws.
A. Improper Payments.
Under the anti – bribery provisions of International Anticorruption Law, this global policy prohibits paying, offering to pay or authorize payments, directly or indirectly, anything of value to any governmental official, political party or candidate, or anyone acting on behalf of a public international organization in order to obtain or secure a business, give business to any person or to obtain an improper business advantage. It is not necessary that a thing of value changes hands in order to violate the International Anticorruption Law. An offer, a scheme or a promise to pay or give anything of value may constitute a violation.
Specifically, the components of incorrect payments under this Policy are:
1. Offer, promise or authorize a payment, money or anything of value, directly or indirectly to any governmental official, corruptly for the purpose of:
a. to obtain or retain business,
b. send business to a person, or
c. obtain an incorrect business advantage.
The term «anything of value» is very broad and includes (but not limited to illustrative):
a. Money, gifts or personal favors;
b. Meals and entertainment;
c. Actions;
d. Discounts on products and services that are not readily available to the public;
e. Jobs for governmental officials or their relatives;
f. Political contributions;
g. Payments to third parties;
h. Payment of travel expenses; and
i. Assume or forgive debt.
The term «government official» or «foreign official» (interchangeably) includes:
a. Officials and employees of the government;
b. Officials of public international organizations (eg the World Bank, the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, etc.);
c. Officials and political candidates;
d. Persons acting with public capacities for governmental institutions;
e. Official who work without compensation, whose duties are primarily ceremonial; and

Books and Records
This global policy prohibits the falsification of books and records and requires compliance with certain accounting provisions in accordance with International Anti-Corruption Laws.
The purpose of the provisions on accounting books and records of the International Anti-Corruption Law is to prevent companies conceal improper payments or bribes or engage in fraudulent accounting practices.
The provisions on accounting books and records require the following:
a. Keep books, accounts and records that accurately reflect all operations and cash available in the company.
b. Maintain an accounting internal control system that can detect and prevent illegal payments to government officials.
c. That Operations are done in conformity to generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards, as applicable, and
d. Conduct periodically comparative analysis against existing assets in order to identify and address disparities assets.
6. COMMITMENTS
All FIDI members without exception, including Mudanzas Mundiales, must commit to ethical and legal behavior, which should refuse to participate in any action that will harm the interests of FIDI, other affiliates, customers or industry. Effective compliance will be verified by the policy and regulatory framework and action will be taken in case of non-compliance.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
FIDI Affiliates will ensure that they are aware of all applicable laws countering bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which they operate, and that they will obey and uphold those laws.
The laws that apply to particular international business activities include those of the countries in which the activities occur as well as others that – like the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act 2010 – govern the international operations of national companies and citizens in respect of their conduct both at home and abroad.
We, as a FIDI affiliated company, have to ensure that we are aware of, and are complying with, applicable laws.
ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR
As a demonstration of its commitment, FIDI and its Affiliates pledge to take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. 7 Code of Conduct
All Mudanzas Mundiales personnel undertakes to:
1. Never engage in any form of bribery, either directly or through any third party.
2. Never offer or make an improper payment, or authorise an improper payment (cash or otherwise) to any individual, including any local or foreign official anywhere in the world.
3. Never attempt to induce an individual, or a local or foreign official to act illegally or improperly.
4. Never offer, or accept, money or anything of value, such as gifts, kickbacks or commissions, in connection with the procurement of business or the award of a contract.
5. Never offer or give any gift or token of hospitality to any public employee or government official or representative if there is any expectation or implication for a return favour
6. Never accept any gift from any business partner if there is any suggestion that a return favour will be expected or implied.
7. Never facilitate payments to obtain a level of service which one would not normally be entitled to.
8. Never disregard or fail to report any indication of improper payments to the appropriate authorities.
9. Never induce or assist another individual to break any applicable law or regulation.

Mudanzas Mundiales as a FIDI member has taken a clear stance supporting the adoption of Anti-Trust compliance programs. As a member of FIDI, Mudanzas Mundiales is determined to support the fight against cartels, which restrict competition among suppliers to the detriment of customers.
2. UNDERTAKING BY ALL FIDI AFFILIATES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
All FIDI Affiliates commit to legal and ethical behaviour, and to refrain from engaging in any business that will harm the interests of FIDI, other affiliates, clients, or the industry. FIDI and its Affiliates will take steps to ensure they are fully informed of applicable Anti- Trust laws and regulations in connection with cartel conduct and other Anti-Trust violations, and will monitor their employees and business partners to ensure full and continual compliance.
3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
FIDI Affiliates will ensure that they are aware of all applicable laws and regulations covering anticompetitive practices in all the jurisdictions in which they operate, and that they will obey and uphold those laws and regulations.
FIDI affiliated companies will ensure that they are aware of, and are complying with, applicable laws and regulations in connection with cartels.
4. ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR
As a demonstration of its commitment, FIDI and its Affiliates pledge to take a zero- tolerance approach to cartel conduct. At all times, FIDI and its Affiliates will act professionally, fairly and with the utmost integrity in all business dealings and relationships. This will apply wherever they operate.
5. COMMITMENT TO THE VALUES OF FIDI
This Charter will be formally integrated into the FAIM quality standard.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
By agreeing and committing to this Charter, each FIDI Affiliate undertakes to:
1. Never make direct or indirect (via third parties including agents, suppliers or customers) contact with an actual or potential competitor or other third party, the object of which is to engage in cartel behaviour.
2. Never propose or reach an agreement, whether directly or indirectly, formally or informally, with actual or potential competitors, regarding any sensitive competition-related issues, including:
• Fixing prices
• Dividing or sharing markets, customers or territories
• Rigging a competitive bidding process
3. Report any indication or initiative of improper anticompetitive business conduct by an actual or potential competitor in accordance to your internal reporting procedure, including but not limited to, reporting to your legal department and/or to the relevant Anti-Trust authorities.
4. Not to participate in a meeting of a trade association in which sensitive competition-related issues are discussed. If such subjects are raised during a meeting, employees of FIDI Affiliates must immediately ask for the discussion to end. If not, they must leave the meeting and ask for that to be noted in the minutes of the meeting.
5. Ensure that all internal and external correspondence, including e-mails and texts, and documents, discussions and public statements do not contain any statements that might be misinterpreted by third parties or Anti-Trust authorities and courts in the context of a potential Anti-Trust investigation.
6. Maintain independent judgment in pricing or selling of any products and/or services.
7. Limit any information discussed during commercial negotiations, with or disclosed to competitors or other third parties, to that which is strictly necessary for completing or assessing the transaction.

The information is limited to people who are in contact with the client’s services. Similarly, the electronic backup is properly encrypted where only IT personnel have access. Accuracy of information
We ensure that the customer has legal capacity and has provided us with a duly authorized identity document (ID card, passport), additionally the customer fills forms where a series of data is required in order to comply with this policy.

There is a Quality Committee that ensures supervision with the support of IT and Internal Audits. There is an updated policy in our website; in case there is any change we will inform you accordingly.

Únicamente podrán ser proporcionados a terceros de acuerdo con la prestación de los servicios de Mudanzas locales, Mudanzas Internacionales y Guarda muebles, incluyendo actividades administrativas, comerciales y operativas derivadas de dichos servicios, serán tratados confidencialmente y en acorde al marco legal vigente en cuestiones de privacidad.

Mudanzas Mundiales está comprometida a proteger su privacidad y su información personal. Esta Política de Privacidad de la Información detalla el tipo de Información Personal que recabamos, cómo es utilizada, protegida y eliminada.

Administración: se tiene una política de privacidad debidamente documentada y comunicada al personal interno de la compañía: empleados activos por medio de correo electrónico refrescando la política y nuevos empleados entregándoles las políticas y registrando la entrega por medio de una bitácora que estará a cargo del departamento de Recursos Humanos. Lo anterior se puede localizar en el sistema de gestión de calidad ubicado en la intranet.
Respaldo en base de datos:
Como resguardo de la información generada por los diferentes usuarios se tiene un servidor de Archivos Windows Server 2012, con el Rol de File Services instalado.
Dentro del Servidor de Archivos se tiene implementada la tecnología Shadow Copy propia de Microsoft Windows Server, esto nos permite tener copias del archivo en diferentes horas del día lo que minimiza la perdida de información por parte del usuario.
Toda la información se replica a otros dos servidores más de respaldos utilizando la tecnología de Microsoft Distributed File System (DFS) y un tercero que se encuentra en la
nube.

Se notifica esta política a nuestros empleados, proveedores y clientes con el propósito de tener un adecuado uso de la información y dar un mejor servicio de calidad, por eso es importante definir en esta política la forma en que recolectamos, usamos, retenemos y divulgamos la información.

Mudanzas Mundiales no recolectará, usará o revelará su información personal sin su consentimiento. En muchos casos, pediremos de manera explícita su consentimiento sin embargo en otros casos debido a sus acciones y comportamiento podríamos deducir su consentimiento.

Exactitud de la información
Nos aseguramos que el cliente tenga capacidad jurídica y nos suministre un documento de identidad (cédula, pasaporte) debidamente autorizado, adicionalmente el cliente llena formularios donde se solicita una serie de datos necesarios para el cumplimento de esta política.
Supervisión y cumplimento
Existe un comité de calidad que se asegura de la supervisión con el apoyo del departamento de Tecnologías de Información y con Auditorías Internas. Se mantiene una política actualizada en nuestro sitio web donde informaremos con anticipación los cambios que se vayan suscitando.

ANTI- BRIBERY AND ANTI- CORRUPTION
1. SCOPE
Mudanzas Mundiales as a FIDI member has taken a clear stance against bribery and corruption within the industry of International removals. Through this position, as a member of FIDI, Mudanzas Mundiales protects its affiliates, its customers and the same interests of the industry.
2. CONTROL AND SECURITY POLICY
In order to guarantee security within its supply chain; Mudanzas Mundiales is committed with safe and correct procedures and with law compliance. This guarantee is achieved through the identification, assessment and treatment of risks; also by engaging with business partners, compliance with applicable legal requirements, continuous improvement of management systems and FIDI.
Our policy has no tolerance for criminal activities such as: drug dealing, smuggling, terrorism, piracy, money laundering, theft, use of drugs and alcohol by cargo services helpers, drivers, shippers, and others that may affect the integrity of the company.
3. SAFETY OBJECTIVES
Guarantee our customers 100% reliability during its merchandise handling, administration of legal documentation and application of customs regulations, by meeting requirements of international regulatory standards, in order to provide safe and reliable service to all our customers.
Decrease the risks and threats focused on the operations of each process, in order to provide safe and reliable service to all our customers
Improve the level of skills and awareness of our staff on risky operations; considering quality, while maintaining a complete security plan to ensure physical security, access control, personnel and information security.
4. BRIBE
Bribing is the offering, acceptance or solicitation of an incentive for certain specific actions, taking advantage illegally. It constitutes a gap in terms of trust.
Bribery is the incentive, offer or reward someone promises in order to gain a commercial, legal, personal or contractual advantage over the competition.

II. International Anti-Corruption Laws.
A. Improper Payments.
Under the anti – bribery provisions of International Anticorruption Law, this global policy prohibits paying, offering to pay or authorize payments, directly or indirectly, anything of value to any governmental official, political party or candidate, or anyone acting on behalf of a public international organization in order to obtain or secure a business, give business to any person or to obtain an improper business advantage. It is not necessary that a thing of value changes hands in order to violate the International Anticorruption Law. An offer, a scheme or a promise to pay or give anything of value may constitute a violation.
Specifically, the components of incorrect payments under this Policy are:
1. Offer, promise or authorize a payment, money or anything of value, directly or indirectly to any governmental official, corruptly for the purpose of:
a. to obtain or retain business,
b. send business to a person, or
c. obtain an incorrect business advantage.
The term «anything of value» is very broad and includes (but not limited to illustrative):
a. Money, gifts or personal favors;
b. Meals and entertainment;
c. Actions;
d. Discounts on products and services that are not readily available to the public;
e. Jobs for governmental officials or their relatives;
f. Political contributions;
g. Payments to third parties;
h. Payment of travel expenses; and
i. Assume or forgive debt.
The term «government official» or «foreign official» (interchangeably) includes:
a. Officials and employees of the government;
b. Officials of public international organizations (eg the World Bank, the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, etc.);
c. Officials and political candidates;
d. Persons acting with public capacities for governmental institutions;
e. Official who work without compensation, whose duties are primarily ceremonial; and
F. Royalty
Books and Records
This global policy prohibits the falsification of books and records and requires compliance with certain accounting provisions in accordance with International Anti-Corruption Laws.
The purpose of the provisions on accounting books and records of the International Anti-Corruption Law is to prevent companies conceal improper payments or bribes or engage in fraudulent accounting practices.
The provisions on accounting books and records require the following:
a. Keep books, accounts and records that accurately reflect all operations and cash available in the company.
b. Maintain an accounting internal control system that can detect and prevent illegal payments to government officials.
c. That Operations are done in conformity to generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards, as applicable, and
d. Conduct periodically comparative analysis against existing assets in order to identify and address disparities assets.
6. COMMITMENTS
All FIDI members without exception, including Mudanzas Mundiales, must commit to ethical and legal behavior, which should refuse to participate in any action that will harm the interests of FIDI, other affiliates, customers or industry. Effective compliance will be verified by the policy and regulatory framework and action will be taken in case of non-compliance.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
FIDI Affiliates will ensure that they are aware of all applicable laws countering bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which they operate, and that they will obey and uphold those laws.
The laws that apply to particular international business activities include those of the countries in which the activities occur as well as others that – like the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act 2010 – govern the international operations of national companies and citizens in respect of their conduct both at home and abroad.
We, as a FIDI affiliated company, have to ensure that we are aware of, and are complying with, applicable laws.
ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR
As a demonstration of its commitment, FIDI and its Affiliates pledge to take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. At all times, FIDI and its Affiliates will act professionally, fairly and with the utmost integrity in all business dealings and relationships. This will apply wherever they operate.
7 Code of Conduct
All Mudanzas Mundiales personnel undertakes to:
1. Never engage in any form of bribery, either directly or through any third party.
2. Never offer or make an improper payment, or authorise an improper payment (cash or otherwise) to any individual, including any local or foreign official anywhere in the world.
3. Never attempt to induce an individual, or a local or foreign official to act illegally or improperly.
4. Never offer, or accept, money or anything of value, such as gifts, kickbacks or commissions, in connection with the procurement of business or the award of a contract.
5. Never offer or give any gift or token of hospitality to any public employee or government official or representative if there is any expectation or implication for a return favour
6. Never accept any gift from any business partner if there is any suggestion that a return favour will be expected or implied.
7. Never facilitate payments to obtain a level of service which one would not normally be entitled to.
8. Never disregard or fail to report any indication of improper payments to the appropriate authorities.
9. Never induce or assist another individual to break any applicable law or regulation.

FIDI ANTI-TRUST CHARTER
1. SCOPE
Mudanzas Mundiales as a FIDI member has taken a clear stance supporting the adoption of Anti-Trust compliance programs. As a member of FIDI, Mudanzas Mundiales is determined to support the fight against cartels, which restrict competition among suppliers to the detriment of customers.
2. UNDERTAKING BY ALL FIDI AFFILIATES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
All FIDI Affiliates commit to legal and ethical behaviour, and to refrain from engaging in any business that will harm the interests of FIDI, other affiliates, clients, or the industry. FIDI and its Affiliates will take steps to ensure they are fully informed of applicable Anti- Trust laws and regulations in connection with cartel conduct and other Anti-Trust violations, and will monitor their employees and business partners to ensure full and continual compliance.
3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
FIDI Affiliates will ensure that they are aware of all applicable laws and regulations covering anticompetitive practices in all the jurisdictions in which they operate, and that they will obey and uphold those laws and regulations.
FIDI affiliated companies will ensure that they are aware of, and are complying with, applicable laws and regulations in connection with cartels.
4. ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR
As a demonstration of its commitment, FIDI and its Affiliates pledge to take a zero- tolerance approach to cartel conduct. At all times, FIDI and its Affiliates will act professionally, fairly and with the utmost integrity in all business dealings and relationships. This will apply wherever they operate.
5. COMMITMENT TO THE VALUES OF FIDI
This Charter will be formally integrated into the FAIM quality standard.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
By agreeing and committing to this Charter, each FIDI Affiliate undertakes to:
1. Never make direct or indirect (via third parties including agents, suppliers or customers) contact with an actual or potential competitor or other third party, the object of which is to engage in cartel behaviour.
2. Never propose or reach an agreement, whether directly or indirectly, formally or informally, with actual or potential competitors, regarding any sensitive competition-related issues, including:
• Fixing prices
• Dividing or sharing markets, customers or territories
• Rigging a competitive bidding process
3. Report any indication or initiative of improper anticompetitive business conduct by an actual or potential competitor in accordance to your internal reporting procedure, including but not limited to, reporting to your legal department and/or to the relevant Anti-Trust authorities.
4. Not to participate in a meeting of a trade association in which sensitive competition-related issues are discussed. If such subjects are raised during a meeting, employees of FIDI Affiliates must immediately ask for the discussion to end. If not, they must leave the meeting and ask for that to be noted in the minutes of the meeting.
5. Ensure that all internal and external correspondence, including e-mails and texts, and documents, discussions and public statements do not contain any statements that might be misinterpreted by third parties or Anti-Trust authorities and courts in the context of a potential Anti-Trust investigation.
6. Maintain independent judgment in pricing or selling of any products and/or services.
7. Limit any information discussed during commercial negotiations, with or disclosed to competitors or other third parties, to that which is strictly necessary for completing or assessing the transaction.
